  • Use data and technical insights to drive strategic decisions and resource allocation at the executive level.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in program management with a focus on infrastructure security and compliance, or 5+ years in both program management and engineering/security leadership.
  • Deep expertise in China's regulatory landscape regarding cybersecurity, data localization, and privacy laws.
  • Proven track record of interfacing with government regulators, auditors, and legal teams on complex technical security matters.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical and regulatory information to both technical audiences and executive leadership.
  • Experience leading large-scale, highly matrixed, cross-functional programs across global time zones.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, network architecture, and enterprise security controls.
  • Advanced ability to identify, assess, and prioritize systemic security and compliance risks across multiple organizations.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Law, or a related field (preferred); experience with cloud security architectures in China (preferred); industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CIPP/A (preferred).
