What you'll do

Implement strategies to ensure the ethical and safe deployment of machine learning models.
Develop and implement policies, standards, and processes for the safety lifecycle of machine learning models.
Coordinate early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution.
Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical paths, and systematic methodologies.
Provide regular program status updates and communicate critical issues to the executive team.
Identify development feasibility needs and establish achievements for checkpoints and status updates.
Distill complex technical requirements from multiple partners into a coherent long-term platform roadmap.
Proactively identify issues and marshal resources to resolve risks to schedule and product quality.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in project or program management shipping products driven by machine-learned systems to worldwide users.
Experience designing the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations of 100+ people.
Project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
Detailed understanding of testing, build, and release processes for sophisticated software.
Demonstrated skill in negotiating and distilling complex technical requirements from multiple partners into a coherent long-term platform roadmap.
Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programs.
Experience in group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills.
BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, engineering, or another technical area, or experience in a related field.
Prior experience in hands-on software development (preferred).
