What you'll do

Define performance metrics and KPIs to lead engineering teams toward specific performance goals.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between engineering, site-reliability, business, marketing, and external vendors.
Manage the full project life-cycle including functional requirements, detailed analysis, and proofs-of-concept.
Track release management for multiple concurrent projects to ensure global product improvements.
Drive project schedules by identifying dependencies, critical paths, and potential risks.
Facilitate requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress status meetings for distributed teams.
Oversee systems performance instrumentation and optimizations across the full software stack.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in program management, product management, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
Excellent project management skills to manage schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and risks.
Solid technical understanding of large-scale distributed software systems, cloud architecture, development, and deployment.
Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress or status meetings.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Experience with systems performance instrumentation and optimizations (preferred).
Experience working across a full software stack including consumer devices, networking, backend, and infrastructure (preferred).
