What you'll do

Drive programs focused on building Apple’s Cloud Observability and Storage Platforms.
Partner with diverse teams to develop and manage complex cloud platforms for global workloads.
Remove ambiguity by identifying and reducing complexity within complicated technical systems.
Evaluate new requests and information against subtle interdependencies in existing systems.
Debate the validity of project approaches and technical designs with engineering partners.
Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap.
Define processes and develop metrics to drive program maturity and process optimization.
Coordinate requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions for infrastructure projects.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience as an engineering program manager in cloud infrastructure, specifically focusing on observability and cloud storage.
Strong background in software delivery and services infrastructure engineering.
Proficiency in software development processes (SDLC) and various project management methodologies.
Experience with risk analysis and developing, prioritizing, and leading the roadmap.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or deep relevant industry experience.
Prior engineering, infrastructure, or software development program management experience for Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills (preferred).
Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics, and executing on them while driving program maturity (preferred).
