TL;DR · Engineering Product Manager, Cloud Control Studio

Engineering Product Manager, Cloud Control Studio joins the Cloud Control team to manage outcomes across the application lifecycle for the Cloud Control Studio platform. This role focuses on ensuring customers can deploy, manage, and scale applications and AI agents reliably within production environments. You will lead strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for critical components including the runtime, application registry, and hosting services. Responsibilities include defining consistent behaviors for packaging, deployment, versioning, identity, authorization, and observability while stewarding platform building blocks to ensure a coherent experience as the system grows. The role requires expertise in enterprise software, multi-tenant SaaS, cloud runtimes, APIs, OAuth, and RBAC. You will solve complex problems regarding how applications are governed and supported at scale, translating broad technical challenges into well-scoped releases for developers, IT administrators, and partners using a variety of platform tools.

What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for your assigned product area from discovery through production validation.
  • Define consistent platform behaviors for application packaging, deployment, versioning, identity, and observability as default standards.
  • Steward core platform building blocks to ensure new capabilities maintain a coherent experience for customers and administrators.
  • Translate complex, open problems into well-scoped releases with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success conditions.
  • Validate delivered features in real customer workflows using prototypes, APIs, logs, and product instrumentation.
  • Drive cross-functional teams including engineering, design, security, and operations to reach critical product decisions.
  • Communicate technical trade-offs and product direction clearly to executives, customers, and technical partners.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree plus 12 years experience, Master's plus 8 years, or PhD plus 5 years in product management, software engineering, or technical product leadership.
  • Prior experience in software product management with responsibility for requirements, prioritization, and roadmap decisions for enterprise software.
  • Applied experience working on an enterprise application platform, developer platform, cloud platform, or multi-tenant SaaS product.
  • Experience leading a technically complex capability in lifecycle management, packaging, deployment, versioning, upgrades, governance, or operations from definition to launch.
  • Experience leading cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, and at least one of security, identity, operations, or customer-facing teams.
  • 12 or more years of product management experience for enterprise software, PaaS, or cloud platform products (preferred).
  • Experience defining a platform or extension model that multiple internal or external teams build against (preferred).
  • Technical fluency in areas such as APIs, OAuth, RBAC, multi-tenant SaaS, cloud runtimes, security, and observability (preferred).
