What you'll do

  • Lead the technical vision and roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud engineering portfolio.
  • Implement AI tools and LLMs to enhance Sales Cloud functionalities and automate workflows.
  • Design and execute complex customizations within Sales Cloud for optimal performance.
  • Guide team in executing development tasks using modern Salesforce technologies like Apex and LWC.
  • Architect robust data integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team in an Agile environment.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with at least 8 years in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • 3+ years of direct engineering management experience leading technical teams and managing complex project portfolios.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and optimization, including sales processes like quote-to-cash.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern SFDC stack technologies such as Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, and security models.
  • Hands-on experience with complex integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise middleware platforms like SnapLogic or MuleSoft.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Generative AI architectures and experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) in an enterprise context.
