- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring engineers across all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer empathy and advocacy.
- Travel domain experience, such as online booking or travel management platforms (preferred).
- Experience standing up a new team or product area from scratch (preferred).
