What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
6+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of experience managing teams of 6 or more engineers.
Hands-on experience building or operating production data infrastructure at scale, including relational databases, caching, distributed storage, or search.
Experience in the SaaS or FinTech industry is preferred.
Experience bootstrapping and landing large-scale 0 to 1 projects is preferred.
Experience working at a small company with diverse responsibilities is preferred.
A track record of scaling a team through hiring is preferred.
