Engineering Manager, Mobile Developer Experience

What you'll do

• Lead the development and strategy for ZeroKit to enable rapid mobile prototyping via agents.
• Manage and optimize core infrastructure pillars, specifically the iOS and Android monorepos.
• Develop foundational components to improve developer experience and mobile engineering capabilities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify engineer hurdles and solve immediate technical challenges.
• Drive long-term architectural direction and influence company-wide strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage a diverse team of engineers to meet the growing needs of the organization.
• Communicate complex technical trade-offs and strategies clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Must possess expert proficiency in either Android or iOS development.
• Must have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Must demonstrate a strong bias for action and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Must have proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Must possess deep technical expertise and the ability to balance quality with customer value.
• Must be able to communicate complex technical strategies clearly to executives and across teams.
• Must be located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City.
