As an Engineering Manager, Lead, you will lead one or more engineering squads with a primary focus on people leadership, predictable delivery, and operational execution. Manage squad execution by ensuring work is defined, prioritized, tracked, and communicated across sprints.

Provide transparent status reporting on burndowns, progress percentages, and critical path risks.
Identify and resolve project risks regarding schedule, scope, quality, resources, and dependencies.
Monitor and report on operational health metrics like uptime, incident trends, and code quality.
Ensure compliance with deployment safety practices, on-call rotations, and incident response protocols.
Partner with product management to manage roadmap feasibility, prioritization, and delivery trade-offs.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in software engineering.
2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role such as engineering manager, squad lead, or team lead.
Experience leading an engineering team through planning, execution, delivery, and operational support.
Experience with Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Experience creating and maintaining delivery visibility through status reporting, planning artifacts, dashboards, metrics, and regular execution cadences.
Ability to identify and communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to product, engineering, and leadership audiences.
Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering.
Experience working in scaled environments, SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps, or regulated environments (preferred); Master's degree in a technical field (preferred).
