What we're looking for

  • Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Direct supervisory experience managing staff and overseeing team performance.
  • Experience in systems, controls, and/or embedded software development.
  • Experience with New Product Introduction, New Technology Introduction, Continuous Product Improvement, and software validation.
  • Expertise in machine electronic systems engineering, including system architecture, controls, integration, and product development.
  • Ability to manage requirements, design quality, functional safety, and cybersecurity through systems thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to business objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse global team environment.
