What we're looking for

Deep understanding of modern compliance landscapes such as HIPAA, SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP in cloud-native environments.
Experience in a SaaS or cloud infrastructure company where security scale and complexity are primary challenges.
Proven experience as a people leader with a focus on mentorship, team growth, and inclusion.
Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into plain language for engineers, leadership, and external auditors.
