What we're looking for
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership or people management.
Strong background in software fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.
Experience managing large-scale data systems and driving operational excellence for released software.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence across various teams and subject areas.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira for project management.
