What we're looking for

3+ years of experience managing software or infrastructure engineering teams
Deep hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Postgres
Proven ability to design and implement complex cloud infrastructure projects
Strong communication skills for influencing technical decisions across teams
Experience in software or systems engineering for at least 5 years
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Background in managing cloud infrastructure cost optimization programs
