What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience managing software or infrastructure engineering teams
  • Deep hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Postgres
  • Proven ability to design complex cloud infrastructure projects like multi-region deployments
  • Strong communication skills for influencing technical decisions across multiple teams
  • Experience in software or systems engineering for at least 5 years
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
  • Background in managing cloud infrastructure cost optimization programs
