TL;DR · Engineering Manager, AI Compiler Analysis

Engineering Manager, AI Compiler Analysis will lead and mentor a technical team focused on verifying AI compilers for next-generation deep learning workloads like LLMs and agentic systems. The role involves owning the verification of the full compiler stack and execution pipeline while defining formal-verification requirements for transformations, tensor semantics, and numerical behavior. You will drive the use of advanced techniques including symbolic reasoning, formal methods, fuzzing, static analysis, and automated debugging to ensure production confidence. Key technical competencies include experience with MLIR, TensorRT, XLA, Triton, PyTorch, or JAX, alongside a deep understanding of computation graphs and tensor operations. This role addresses the complex challenge of ensuring compiler quality at the intersection of machine learning frameworks, numerical computing, and large-scale systems engineering to support high-performance GPU programs for training and inference.
