Your daily tasks include designing end-to-end optimization workflows, integrating learning-based decision systems into compiler passes, and building robust interfaces between large language models (LLMs) and compiler infrastructure for improved developer productivity. You will collaborate with top engineers to advance next-generation compiler capabilities, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance across large-scale products. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in machine learning, compilers, and GPU architecture, along with proficiency in Python and C/C++. Deep knowledge of reinforcement learning, genetic algorithms, predictive modeling, and hands-on experience with LLVM/MLIR-based development are essential for this role that aims to deliver significant improvements in compiler performance and efficiency.
Design and implement end-to-end compiler optimization workflows using machine learning techniques.
Develop learning-based decision systems for integration into compiler passes and code generation flows.
Build robust interfaces between LLM systems and compiler infrastructure for optimization recommendations.
Validate the impact of AI-driven compiler improvements on representative workloads and benchmarks.
Lead experimentation, evaluation, and deployment with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (8+ years) in software engineering and AI/ML, preferably in tools/systems development.
Strong knowledge of compilers, code generation, GPU architecture, and LLVM/MLIR-based compiler development.
Proficiency in Python and C/C++, with a focus on machine learning and compiler technologies.
Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based systems for production environments.
Demonstrated ability to deploy AI/ML solutions with measurable performance improvements.
Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, genetic algorithms, predictive modeling, and complex systems.
