What you'll do

Manage and execute project roadmaps, scope deliverables, and track milestones for multi-disciplinary Data Engineering initiatives.
Design and maintain the Product Feature Request framework, OKRs, and milestone tracking processes for the product lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Apply AI-driven analytics and automation techniques within Jira for backlog analysis and operational reporting.
Coordinate with engineering and business stakeholders to document technical and functional requirements for platform features.
Develop and maintain dashboards, issue management metrics, and data quality controls using Jira and SQL/Python.
Lead risk remediation efforts by scoping programs and tracking the resolution of findings for senior management.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field and one year of relevant experience.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field and three years of relevant experience.
Experience managing project operations for mixed proprietary and open-source code bases including OKRs and milestone tracking is required.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for enterprise data engineering platforms is required.
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and reporting program status/risks to senior executives is required.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI is required.
Experience applying data analytics techniques to support project management is required.
Experience leading risk remediation efforts within a financial services firm is required.
