The Engineering Division - Dallas - Vice President, Project Management role involves creating detailed business analysis plans to identify problems and develop technical solutions that meet client needs. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and product engineers while owning the process to plan, prioritize, and deliver new products and features. Key responsibilities include streamlining processes based on customer feedback, designing cloud migration plans, conducting firmwide training programs, and performing scrum master duties using agile methodologies. The role requires managing the user-facing documentation lifecycle, including sample code and starter projects. Essential skills and tools include proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office suite, markdown for documentation management, and gitlab SDLC. You will navigate complex technical requirements within the software development lifecycle while driving firmwide cloud migration initiatives to increase adoption rates across the organization.

What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and three years of experience in a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and five years of experience in a related role.
Experience managing technically complex, cross-divisional projects or programs.
Proficiency in communicating technical and business requirements through verbal and written presentations.
Experience working with the software development lifecycle and cloud technologies.
Ability to participate in high-level architectural and engineering discussions to manage stakeholder communication.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office tools, Agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience performing markdown for documentation management and gitlab SDLC.
