What you'll do

Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems across production areas to ensure continuous availability.
Resolve technical malfunctions in coordination with manufacturers while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects for pharmaceutical production facilities.
Develop design and requirement specifications for capital investment automation projects.
Propose long-term adaptations and improvements for existing control systems.
Ensure data integrity and security for both current and new system implementations.
Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation while verifying compliance with internal standards.
Participate in internal and external inspections within the assigned area of responsibility.

What we're looking for

Completed degree in engineering, such as Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Initial professional experience in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.
Experience with PLC programming and visualization systems.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft client and server operating systems.
Knowledge of machine vision systems, such as Cognex (preferred).
Experience designing and implementing automation projects (preferred).
Initial experience working in a GMP- and pharmaceutical environment (preferred).
Good command of German and English in an international working environment.
