As an Engagement Lead - Infrastructure Architecture, you will join the infrastructure leadership team to drive enterprise-scale strategy, architecture governance, and transformation initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in data center technologies, networking, storage, virtualization, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and cloud infrastructure services. You will manage multi-phase programs while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements. Key technical competencies include experience with CMDB, service catalog management, and automation strategies to solve complex problems regarding operational efficiency and service reliability within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.

What you'll do

Design and govern enterprise infrastructure architectures aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Develop infrastructure standards, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps for hybrid environments.
Implement integrated solutions using ServiceNow for workflow automation, configuration management, and service visibility.
Conduct architecture governance through design reviews, risk assessments, and technology evaluations.
Mentor technical teams on reusable architecture patterns, automation strategies, and data-driven decision making.
Manage multi-phase infrastructure modernization programs from planning through successful delivery.
Design secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure solutions incorporating cybersecurity requirements.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture within complex enterprise environments and hybrid ecosystems.
Strong ServiceNow experience including CMDB, service catalog management, workflow automation, and integrations.
Proven ability to lead infrastructure strategy, governance, and modernization programs from planning through delivery.
Deep expertise in data center technologies, networking, storage, virtualization, backup/recovery, and cloud services.
Advanced project and program management skills with experience in stakeholder alignment and risk management.
Experience designing secure, resilient, and compliant solutions incorporating regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
