Engagement Lead, Infrastructure Architecture

What you'll do

• Design and govern enterprise infrastructure architectures aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop infrastructure standards, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps for hybrid environments.
• Implement integrated solutions using ServiceNow for workflow automation, configuration management, and service visibility.
• Conduct architecture governance through design reviews, risk assessments, and technology evaluations.
• Mentor technical teams on reusable architecture patterns, automation strategies, and data-driven decision making.
• Manage multi-phase infrastructure modernization programs from initial planning through successful delivery.
• Design secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure solutions that meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture within complex enterprise environments and hybrid ecosystems.
• Strong ServiceNow experience including CMDB, service catalog management, workflow automation, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure strategy, architecture governance, and enterprise modernization programs.
• Deep expertise in data center technologies, networking, storage, virtualization, backup/recovery, and cloud services.
• Advanced project and program management skills with experience in stakeholder alignment and risk management.
• Experience designing secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure solutions meeting cybersecurity requirements.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
