What you'll do

Develop embedded software modules for satellite and ground systems using C, C++, Rust, or Assembly.
Implement 3GPP 5G NTN and Open RAN based networking and management stack functions.
Design and develop test frameworks for the Leo satellite constellation.
Execute all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, and testing.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using schematics, logic analyzers, and wireless signal analysis.
Optimize low-latency, high-reliability payload connectivity solutions in collaboration with RF and silicon teams.
Develop low-level drivers and firmware targeting SoCs, FPGAs, and general-purpose processors.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Experience with embedded software and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and CI/CD (preferred).
Experience in wireless system design, RF analysis, low-level drivers, or PHY/MAC layer hardware/software development (preferred).
