ELH Software Engineer / Agent Engineer - EDA - Austin 2027 is a role within the Electronic Design Automation team focused on semiconductor design and verification. You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain software tools and Agentic AI solutions that automate complex chip design workflows, including synthesis, routing, timing analysis, and physical design. The role involves building large-scale software systems and implementing efficient algorithms to improve design quality for processors and computing systems. Required technical skills include proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like C++, Java, or Rust, as well as Python and other scripting languages. Candidates should possess knowledge of data structures, digital logic design, and machine learning frameworks. The work addresses the critical challenge of automating semiconductor development through Agentic AI and advanced software engineering practices within a Linux environment.
