Software Engineer, Agent Platform

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the internal LLM agent framework for reliability and developer experience.
• Design tooling to support modern agent patterns like structured tool calling and memory retrieval.
• Develop evaluation suites to measure task success, robustness, and deployment readiness of agents.
• Partner with ML teams to integrate model post-training workflows such as SFT and RL into the platform.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in agent architecture and evaluation techniques for pragmatic adoption.

What we're looking for

• Strong backend engineering experience in building production-quality platforms.
• Deep expertise in designing LLM agent frameworks and understanding orchestration patterns.
• Experience in creating evaluation paradigms for agent performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with model post-training workflows including SFT, preference tuning, RL.
• Ability to work on reliability, observability, debugging, and safety for high-stakes applications.
