Electro-Mechanical Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer Lead Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on automated pharmacy production equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, and computer-controlled systems to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of recurring failures and implement sustainable solutions to improve system reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase Mean Time Between Failures and optimize production capabilities.
• Support the installation, validation, expansion, and upgrade projects for automation equipment.
• Execute engineering change controls and modifications to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Use CMMS platforms like Maximo to document work, track history, and manage maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining or troubleshooting automated industrial equipment, manufacturing systems, or electromechanical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, field devices, I/O systems, mechanical systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and industrial troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience performing preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Experience using CMMS platforms such as Maximo to document and manage maintenance activities.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues in a high-volume production environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, packaging, distribution, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
