What you'll do

Develop and maintain LabVIEW and NI FlexLogger applications for multi-channel data acquisition and closed-loop control.
Build and maintain a hardware abstraction layer (HAL) and reusable plugins for COTS instrumentation across various communication protocols.
Integrate PLC-based control systems, custom hardware, sensors, and DAQ hardware into functional test systems.
Manage automation projects from initial requirements through design, development, validation, and final deployment.
Create technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials to support team-wide distribution of tools.
Mentor engineers on LabVIEW best practices and provide input on test feasibility and risk during readiness reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience in test systems and automation development.
5+ years of experience developing LabVIEW-based test systems and automation software.
Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Proficiency with NI FlexLogger, NI DAQ hardware, and standardized/reusable software architecture.
Experience integrating COTS instrumentation across serial, Ethernet, Modbus, GPIB, and PLC-based control systems.
Basic electrical knowledge including wiring, instrumentation, signal conditioning, and sensor selection.
Experience with Revel software.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
