Electrical Safety & Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent availability and quality of electrical safety engineering services.
• Interpret and enforce compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Continuously improve engineering service based on user input and evolving requirements.
• Manage a small team, mentoring members to align with specific deliverables.
• Act as interface point contact for similar service teams in other sites when needed.
• Validate electrical system behavior through rigorous technical analysis and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Strong working knowledge of electrical safety principles, risk assessment, and hazard mitigation.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to interpret and enforce electrical safety requirements across various environments.
• Familiarity with high-voltage systems, power distribution, grounding, insulation, EMC/ESD concepts.
• BS in engineering or relevant technical field; MSc or PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of technical background in a complex engineering environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in leadership roles.
