What you'll do

Lead a team of 1-3 members and coordinate cross-functional mechanical, software, and systems experts.
Perform requirements analysis and define system and board architecture for mission-critical hardware.
Execute schematic capture and define routing constraints for PCB layout and routing activities.
Oversee FPGA architecture and firmware development.
Select COTS components and make critical schedule and budget decisions.
Support manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification processes.
Translate customer requests into actionable technical requirements.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
Requires 2 years of job-related experience or a Master's degree plus 6 months of experience.
Experience in circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs (preferred).
Working knowledge of Siemens/Mentor Graphics Tools suite and FPGA design tools (preferred).
Knowledge and application of EVMS and Control Account Management (preferred).
Defense background is preferred.
