eDiscovery Systems Manager

What you'll do

• Manage all technical aspects of large litigation support projects and coordinate with government representatives.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Relativity One workspaces including creation, management, and ARMing.
• Supervise a team of data processors, systems analysts, DBAs, and other technical staff.
• Ensure system security, risk analysis, and disaster recovery solutions are implemented for hosted data.
• Generate complex load-ready and searchable production files in both native and PDF formats.
• Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, and production metrics.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate tasks or resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical feedback on ESI specifications to case managers, attorneys, and opposing counsel.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Must have at least 5 years of related experience.
• Must have at least 6 years of first-line management experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Must be able to generate, review, and correct complex PowerShell scripts.
• Must have extensive hands-on experience with Windows-based systems and browser-based applications.
• Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree, eDiscovery certification, and Relativity experience.
