  • Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for critical, complex, or strategic production roles.
  • Align day-to-day priorities of centralized production recruiting team with Division's needs.

  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight for complex hiring portfolios.
  • Strong business partnership skills, including influencing Director-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for data-driven decision-making and presentations.
