What you'll do

Manage independent interview coordination processes for the Arsenal-1 production facility.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding divisional coordination efforts with recruiting leadership.
Lead new team member onboarding and mentor junior coordinators within the Recruiting Coordination team.
Resolve questions and issues in team Slack channels promptly and effectively.
Manage time and attendance, performance of direct reports for those on the lead path.
