  • Deep understanding of labor market trends and recruiting tools best practices.
  • Extensive experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Experience in startups, tech, and relevant hardware domains preferred.
  • Ability to develop new policies and improve existing processes for hiring.
