  • Lead operational rhythm for division's production hiring portfolio, including intake meetings.
  • Influence hiring manager behavior and decision-making as a trusted advisor.

  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and manage complex hiring portfolios.
  • Strong business partnership skills, including influencing Director-level stakeholders.

  • Direct experience recruiting for production roles in industries like manufacturing or logistics.
  • Formal program or project management training or certification.
