You must be comfortable working in a decentralized structure and have the ability to influence hiring manager behavior while maintaining credibility through market intelligence and sourcing excellence.

What you'll do

Influence hiring manager behavior and decision-making as a trusted advisor.

What we're looking for

8+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and manage complex hiring portfolios.
Strong business partnership skills, including influencing Director-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated program management capability for cross-functional teams.
Direct experience recruiting for production roles in industries like manufacturing or logistics.
Formal program or project management training or certification.
