Division Operations

What you'll do

• Manage the staffing infrastructure for QRS including headcount planning, recruiting coordination, and demand forecasting.
• Develop tools and processes to enable efficient resource allocation as the organization scales.
• Oversee physical footprint management across multiple facilities, including space planning and seating coordination.
• Produce weekly leadership updates and monthly operations meeting content for executive decision-making.
• Execute cross-divisional reporting to ensure leadership has necessary information from Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Analytics.
• Manage special projects end-to-end by defining solutions and implementing fixes for ambiguous problems.
• Translate operational challenges into data models and execute analyses using Excel or SQL.

What we're looking for

• You must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
• You have 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or as a business analyst.
• You possess strong analytical aptitude and can execute analyses quickly using Excel or SQL.
• You have the ability to translate operational problems into data problems and build clear frameworks to structure them.
• You are capable of managing complex projects from definition through implementation in an ambiguous environment.
• You demonstrate high ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• You possess an aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information across unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
