As a Distinguished Engineer within the IT Architecture team, you will drive the definition, standardization, and alignment of application architecture across horizontal capabilities and various lines of business. You will be responsible for ensuring interoperability with enterprise strategy while leading cross-functional forums to resolve design conflicts and promote the reuse of common capabilities. Your daily work involves defining technical directions, including integration standards and reusable platform capabilities, while leading AI-driven modernization of legacy systems through automated code transformation and service decomposition. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering.

Experience developing software solutions using Python, Java, or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
Experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Experience applying cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Advanced experience establishing enterprise technology standards and influencing technical direction across multiple teams (preferred).
Experience serving as a technical authority for software engineering practices, architecture, platform strategy, and modern application architectures (preferred).
