What you'll do

Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for building a scalable, multi-tenant decisioning platform.
Write production code, perform code reviews, and develop proofs of concept (POCs).
Decompose complex problems into practical solutions through low-level designs and technical specifications.
Ensure high standards for non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, observability, and operability.
Mentor engineers and product partners to strengthen the technical expertise of the broader community.
Establish best-in-class engineering cultures and improve developer experience across teams.
Remove technical impediments faced by software engineering squads.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
At least 7 years of experience as a hands-on full stack or backend technologist.
At least 5 years of professional experience coding in Java, Python, or Go.
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, solution architecture, or site reliability engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in cloud native technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development (preferred).
8+ years of experience in designing large scale and resilient applications (preferred).
3+ years of experience with solutioning a large scale platform (preferred).
Familiarity with AI agents, agent orchestration, and architecture (preferred).
