What we're looking for
12+ years of software engineering experience including significant technical leadership in Principal, Staff+, or Distinguished Engineer roles.
Proven success leading technical strategy and architecture within large-scale enterprise environments.
Deep hands-on expertise with internal developer platforms, Kubernetes-based infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD ecosystems.
Strong experience with AI-assisted software development, including coding assistants, agentic development frameworks, and AI-enabled SDLC practices.
Demonstrated track record of influencing technical strategy and architectural decisions across organizational boundaries without direct reporting authority.
Active participation and credibility within open source communities through contribution, maintenance, or leadership of projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience.
