What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 6 years of experience in software engineering.
Alternatively, 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related area is accepted.
A Master’s degree in computer science or a related field with 4 years of experience is preferred.
Deep knowledge of cloud-native distributed system development using Azure, GCP, or WCNP.
Experience building full-stack, multi-platform, large-scale, low-latency systems using microservices and distributed architectures.
Proven experience mentoring engineers and technical leaders while leading large engineering efforts with high design rigor.
Strong hands-on coding skills to address complex architecture and implementation details.
Knowledge of current AI tools for engineering and digital accessibility standards like WCAG 2.2 AA.
