What you'll do

  • Lead architectural decisions for Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Customer Insights, and core CRM AI capabilities.
  • Drive the technical direction and execution of a roadmap powered by LLM models and Agentic AI.
  • Implement multi-region active-active infrastructure to ensure 99.99% availability and eliminate single-region failure risks.
  • Establish engineering standards for observability, auto-failover, self-healing systems, and SLA management.
  • Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers in AI/ML, distributed systems, and operational excellence.
  • Manage incident response and conduct blameless post-mortems to drive systemic improvements.
  • Design and build scalable, resilient distributed systems using microservices and REST APIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including AI research, product, infrastructure, and cloud providers.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 12+ years of experience as a technical software engineering leader.
  • 5+ years of applied AI/ML experience with exposure to LLMs or generative AI.
  • 10+ years of experience with architecture and design.
  • 6+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code.
  • 6+ years of experience in CI/CD deployments and open-source frameworks.
  • Advanced programming skills in at least two modern languages like Java, C++, Python, or C#.
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and high-availability systems (99.9%+ uptime).
