What you'll do

Execute a cohesive roadmap across multiple workstreams in collaboration with core and enterprise partners.
Build platforms and capabilities that interact with enterprise systems while establishing testing strategies.
Develop automation and tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining well-managed standards.
Standardize client migrations to core processing platforms.
Align technology, product, and business efforts with the long-term corporate vision.
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams to ensure the success of complex programs.
Establish the TPM discipline by building a culture of delivery excellence and mentoring others.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the entire delivery life-cycle.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
Experience as a TPM leader to grow a team and build the TPM practice.
7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
