Director, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end quarterly earnings cycle including press releases, scripts, investor decks, and Q&A preparation.
• Develop financial guidance and executive materials to communicate performance and trade-offs to the public markets.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sell-side analysts and institutional investors to build trust-based relationships.
• Create and maintain core investor relations collateral including fact sheets, website content, and board update materials.
• Plan and execute major investor events such as annual Investor Days and sell-side conferences.
• Perform strategic finance projects including peer benchmarking, long-range modeling, and competitive analysis.
• Build internal analytical infrastructure like dashboards and tracking systems to support the IR function's scale.
• Integrate AI-native tools and automation to improve accuracy and productivity across investor communications.

What we're looking for

• Must have over 10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or equity investing.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications include an MBA, CFA, or CPA.
• Must have deep technical fluency in public-company reporting, financial statements, capital markets, and SaaS revenue models.
• Must possess advanced financial modeling skills for operating models, share-count forecasts, and guidance sensitivity analyses.
• Must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to draft content for senior executives and non-technical audiences.
• Must exhibit AI-native curiosity and skill in using modern tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
