The Commercial Technical Program Manager serves as a critical bridge within the Global AI Infrastructure & Strategic Pursuits organization, supporting a strategic global customer. This role operates at the intersection of technical program management and commercial execution, translating complex customer requirements and contractual commitments into actionable plans. You will manage cross-functional programs involving infrastructure readiness, capacity planning, and deployment for large-scale GPU and OCI infrastructure. Key responsibilities include coordinating between engineering, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure revenue realization and account growth. You must navigate complex technical and commercial discussions, managing dependencies across compute, networking, and storage. Success requires strong commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to drive high-priority initiatives in ambiguous environments to align customer demand with infrastructure capabilities and commercial milestones.
Serve as the primary program execution partner for a strategic customer's AI infrastructure and OCI engagements.
Translate customer requirements and contractual milestones into structured execution plans with defined owners and timelines.
Coordinate with engineering and capacity teams to align customer demand with infrastructure availability and deployment schedules.
Establish and maintain customer operating rhythms, including stakeholder meetings, milestone reviews, and executive readouts.
Act as the central coordination point between customer stakeholders and Oracle's technical, commercial, and operational organizations.
Support complex commercial negotiations by translating contract terms into operational requirements and delivery capabilities.
Identify and resolve execution risks, technical blockers, and gaps between customer expectations and operational readiness.
Lead complex escalation efforts by establishing clear ownership and maintaining transparent communication across all workstreams.
What we're looking for
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, commercial operations, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or strategic customer management.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, business operations, commercial stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology environments, or large-scale technical deployments.
Proven ability to translate technical requirements and commercial commitments into actionable execution plans.
Strong commercial acumen including familiarity with deal structures, pricing, contract execution, revenue drivers, and customer expansion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with technical teams, commercial leaders, and senior executives.
Experience with hyperscale cloud platforms, large-scale infrastructure solutions, or AI/ML workloads (preferred).
