What you'll do

  • Drive test engineering strategies across multiple customer products to accelerate delivery velocity and improve product quality.
  • Manage a team of 10-18 direct reports and coordinate with offshore team members in India.
  • Implement Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot to reduce manual test authoring effort and expand coverage.
  • Establish governance, standards, and guardrails for the use of AI-generated code and test artifacts.
  • Develop and maintain data quality frameworks across integrated systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end DevOps automation including CI/CD pipelines for unit, functional, performance, and security testing.
  • Design and maintain mock frameworks and service virtualization solutions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering talent within the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience implementing customer experience, API, and mobile-based test solutions.
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing program-level test strategies across integrated systems.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining data quality frameworks.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end DevOps automation with CI/CD pipelines including unit, component, functional, performance, and security testing.
  • Expertise in using mock frameworks and service virtualization.
  • Knowledge of resiliency software engineering and observability patterns.
  • Certifications in or working experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Deep experience with Generative AI coding tools and leading a Copilot-first engineering culture (preferred).
