What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain enterprise social media governance standards, policies, playbooks, and operating guidance.
  • Manage the inventory of official accounts including ownership documentation, agency relationships, and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee the enterprise access-control program for platform provisioning, periodic reviews, and audit readiness.
  • Manage social media management and listening platforms including configuration, vendor relations, and budget oversight.
  • Design and implement a social listening program to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Produce intelligence briefs that translate social signals into actionable insights for executive leadership and internal teams.
  • Establish issue detection and triage processes to manage reputation incidents and high-priority alerts.
  • Deliver governance training and onboarding materials for employees, agencies, and external partners.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must possess eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Typically, 10 or more years of experience in social media, digital communications, or social operations are required.
  • Typically, 5 or more years of experience leading enterprise social media governance, social listening, or digital operations are required.
  • Experience managing enterprise social media and listening platforms across multiple brands or business units is required.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, operational standards, or enterprise processes within a matrixed organization is required.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, fintech, healthcare, insurance, or technology is required.
  • Experience with Meltwater, Sprout, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar technologies (preferred).
