What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, automation, and technology delivery environments.
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale QA automation programs and defining strategies for complex digital product ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks, quality platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated fluency in digital, data, and AI relevant to enterprise technology transformation.
- Experience establishing governance, standards, and performance management frameworks.
