What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in mission-critical operations leadership.
  • Strong understanding of critical MEP systems and data center operations.
  • Proven ability to manage operational risk and execute maintenance governance.
  • Experience leading technical teams and vendor-supported operations 24/7.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities, Operations, or related field.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, SCADA, BMS, EPMS, and power monitoring platforms.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
