Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations

What you'll do

• Lead quarterly and annual planning efforts for Infrastructure Engineering.
• Drive clear department goals and priorities using objectives and key results.
• Develop strong relationships with internal customer teams to understand their needs.
• Evaluate procedural paradigms to ensure alignment with service delivery objectives.
• Promote operational excellence by influencing improvements in tooling and processes.
• Recognize risks and work aggressively to identify solutions or workarounds.
• Provide regular status reports to promote clarity and transparency at all levels.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or consulting roles
• Proven track record supporting engineering, infrastructure, or technical organizations
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems environments
• Strong financial planning skills including budget management and modeling
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
