Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

What you'll do

• Define and execute the enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead the end-to-end IAM portfolio including workforce identity, privileged access management, and authentication services.
• Establish and maintain IAM architecture standards, policies, and governance processes across global environments.
• Drive modernization of identity services through MFA, single sign-on, and least-privilege access models.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate identity controls into enterprise processes and platforms.
• Manage identity-related risks, including audit responses and incident response for credential compromises.
• Oversee service management, vendor relations, financial planning, and performance metrics for IAM products.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while establishing clear accountability and operational excellence standards.

What we're looking for

• You must have a bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree and 8 years of experience.
• You must have at least 7 years of managerial experience.
• You must have leadership experience in IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or a related discipline within a large organization.
• You must have experience leading enterprise-scale IAM transformation initiatives across multiple business units and regions.
• You must have experience developing IAM strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models to support risk management.
• You must possess expertise in identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and least-privilege principles.
• A Master's degree or professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP are preferred.
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
