Senior Technical Architect - Identity & Access Management - IGA Savinyt serves as a senior leader and architect within IBM Consulting, focusing on large-scale identity programs for enterprise clients. In this hands-on consulting role, you will design, lead, and deliver end-to-end IAM transformations involving Saviynt IGA, Privileged Access Management, CIEM, and Cloud Identity Security. You will act as a primary technical advisor to executive stakeholders while guiding global delivery teams through strategy, design, and deployment phases. The role requires extensive experience with Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, and CyberArk across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Key responsibilities include integrating IAM solutions with HR systems and directories, mentoring consultants, and supporting business development activities like proposal creation. You will solve complex security challenges by implementing robust governance, compliance, and identity threat detection for diverse enterprise applications.
Architect enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt IGA, PAM, CIEM, and related platforms.
Lead end-to-end IAM implementations from initial strategy and design through deployment and operational handoff.
Act as the primary technical advisor for client executives and security leaders regarding identity strategy.
Guide global delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to standards.
Support business development by designing solutions, creating proposals, and delivering client presentations.
Mentor IAM consultants and architects while contributing to internal best practices and delivery standards.
What we're looking for
10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience, including solution architecture and delivery leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt and large-scale IAM transformation programs.
Experience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Knowledge of IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and related access management platforms.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.
Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, or related IAM certifications (preferred); experience leading global teams or supporting pre-sales activities (preferred).
